By working together, we analyze old communication patterns or maladaptive behaviors and then replace them with feasible and more effective ones.

A 60 to a 90-minute session which is an interactive and hands-on way to learn.  It is facilitated around a topic and has the opportunity to be interactive and questions and answers to follow after the presentation. It is a great way to learn about a particular subject, add to your skill set and ways to better yourself. Attending workshops and seminars can be helpful to all age groups.

A 45 to 50-minute session provides remote counseling through an ethical and HIPAA compliant platform from a safe secure place. Teletherapy allows easy access to one's seeking care, support, life changes, transitions, or a loss.
