My Story

Come as you are.

My diverse cultural background and diverse professional experiences in the medical field and social services helps me to provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. I believe it is very important to view everyone from a holistic lens, with consideration for clients' biological, psychological, cultural, and environmental make-up. I use my warmth, humor, compassion, and direct approach to help you explore your emotions, current and past experiences, challenges, and ways of being in relationships and in the world. I believe that the therapeutic relationship works best when we collaboratively set and reach goals.
