About Me

We are all human. Your experiences are valid

My name is Jessie Laurenzi and I am a dedicated and compassionate counselor with a humanistic approach, committed to empowering individuals and couples on their journey to emotional well-being. Drawing from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gottman methods, I tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a client-centered approach every step of the way.

With a collaborative mindset, I like to work closely with clients to create a supportive and personalized therapeutic environment. Specializing in counseling for individuals and couples. I enjoy working with adults aged 18 and above facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, adjustments, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship stressors, and social difficulties.

Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I utilize trauma treatment modality to help individuals reprocess and heal from traumatic experiences.
